This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through www.woodenview.com (the “Website”) owned and operated by Wooden View Handicrafts Private Limited (“Wooden View”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By placing an order on our Website, you (“Buyer”, “User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes covered by our logistics partners.
  • At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Certain products may qualify for free shipping, subject to promotional offers or minimum purchase conditions.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Custom-made or bulk furniture orders may take longer. In such cases, estimated timelines will be communicated to you before final confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines within India range between 7–21 business days, depending on the delivery location and the nature of the product.
  • Large furniture items may take additional time for safe transit and handling.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only; delays may occur due to logistics, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery of Products

  • Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure accurate details to avoid delays.
  • Customers must be available to receive the order at the given address. In case of missed delivery attempts, our logistics partner may reschedule, but repeated failures may lead to cancellation.
  • For furniture orders requiring installation, the service will either be provided by Wooden View or its authorized partners (where applicable).

7. Delays and Non-Delivery

  • Wooden View is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
    • Delays by courier/logistics providers.
  • In rare cases of non-delivery, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product:
    1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
    2. Wooden View will evaluate the claim and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Damage due to mishandling post-delivery will not be covered.

9. Split Deliveries

  • For orders with multiple items, shipping may be split into multiple consignments depending on product availability, size, and warehouse location.

10. Change of Shipping Address

  • Requests to change the shipping address will be accepted only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, the address cannot be altered.

11. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure that the delivery area is accessible for large furniture (door sizes, staircases, lifts, etc.).
  • Any additional costs due to delivery restrictions (e.g., manual labor for carrying furniture to higher floors) shall be borne by the customer.

12. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
